Instructions

Pour milk or liquid base into the blender first to prevent sticking.

Add frozen fruits, seeds, greens, or other superfood ingredients.
Blend until smooth, adjusting thickness by adding more liquid or ice as needed.
Taste and add honey or maple syrup if more sweetness is desired.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, reduce the liquid or add more frozen fruit. Try different fruit combinations like mango and pineapple for a tropical twist!
