  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or plant-based, adjust for desired thickness

Optional Additions

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds for fiber and omega-3s
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds great for digestion
  • 1/2 cup spinach or kale for extra nutrients
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup for additional sweetness, if needed

Instructions
 

  • Wash and prep all ingredients. If using fresh fruit, cut into smaller pieces.
  • Pour milk or liquid base into the blender first to prevent sticking.
  • Add Greek yogurt, soft fruits like banana, and any optional nut butters.
  • Add frozen fruits, seeds, greens, or other superfood ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth, adjusting thickness by adding more liquid or ice as needed.
  • Taste and add honey or maple syrup if more sweetness is desired.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, reduce the liquid or add more frozen fruit. Try different fruit combinations like mango and pineapple for a tropical twist!
