  • 1 pizza dough homemade or store-bought
  • 1/2 cup garlic sauce
  • 1 cup dill pickles thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • Spread garlic sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
  • Evenly scatter shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Arrange thinly sliced dill pickles on top of the cheese.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and fresh dill (if using) over the pizza.
  • Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and allow the pizza to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Enjoy warm for the best flavor.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free pizza dough. Swap garlic sauce for Alfredo sauce for a creamier base, or use bread-and-butter pickles for a sweeter flavor.
